What is a mini session and how is it different from a regular session?
Minis are a smaller version of a regular session. They are meant for immediate families, couples, or individuals only. (No extended families!) They average about 15 to 20 minutes of time whereas a regular session is 30 minutes to an hour. Mini sessions are also at predetermined locations/dates set by me where a regular session we work with your schedule and the location of your choosing. These are perfect for Christmas cards or Mother's Day!
What types of mini sessions do you offer?
My most popular one is my fall family minis. They are 15 minutes at a variety of locations within Long Beach, Lakewood, Seal Beach, and Huntington Beach usually. These take place between September-November (with a few in December!) I also offer studio boudoir minis around Valentine’s Day, and spring wildflower minis for Mother's Day! I’m always adding more, so join my email list to hear about them first! Many families do both spring and fall, because we all know how quickly kids change!
How many photos do I get?
You will see many photographers telling you that you will only get 5-10 images from your minis, however I just can’t stomach not giving you all the best from your session, so that’s what I do! You get all the best images from your mini session, edited and delivered via an online gallery typically with a one week turnaround time.
